Minimizing COVID-19 Spread in Refugee Humanitarian Interventions
Using a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates sociology, humanitarian engineering, social work, and public health, this research study examines infection risk mitigation practices in humanitarian interventions with refugees in Lebanon, Turkey, and Jordan. Our goal is to identify where there are barriers to keeping refugees and NGO staff safe from COVID-19 infection, and how those barriers can be overcome.
